It was suprisingly not that difficult. I had intended to do it longer, but my blood ketones were at 5.8 - according to keto strips that are 5 years over expiration date.
I googled it and some people were testing these old keto strips and they were still accurate. Anyway I didn’t want to play with my health.
I’ll be eating keto now, so hopefully keep on losing…
